About Rachel Dapeer

Rachel Dapeer is the founding partner of Dapeer Law, where she focuses her practice on consumer class action litigation and complex disputes arising from unlawful corporate conduct.

Over the course of her career, Rachel has advocated for consumers nationwide and has helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of individuals harmed by deceptive and unfair business practices. She has been appointed and certified as class counsel in both state and federal courts across the country, representing classes in matters involving false advertising, product mislabeling, unfair and deceptive trade practices, privacy violations, and disputes involving insurance and financial institutions.

Rachel is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. After gaining experience at large national law firms, she founded Dapeer Law to concentrate her practice on holding corporations accountable for conduct that violates state and federal consumer protection statutes. Her work frequently involves emerging issues in consumer law, including advertising practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
