Potential Cash Payment
Each approved claimant will receive a paper check estimated at up to $100. The exact amount depends on the number of valid claims filed.

Why the Lawsuit Was Filed
Plaintiff Crystal Miller alleged Zale Delaware Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending marketing texts to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without prior express consent. Zales denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid ongoing litigation risk and expense.
