If your medical image was posted online, you will automatically receive the digital-image payment. All other benefits (out-of-pocket losses, extraordinary losses, residual cash) require filing a claim.
How much can I get from the Watson Clinic settlement?
Depending on your circumstances, between $100 and $75,000 for image exposure, plus up to $7,000 in combined expense reimbursement and lost time, and up to $50 residual cash.
