What is the lawsuit about?

Themis Bar Review, LLC, Case No. 1:24-cv-02065, alleges Themis Bar Review shared subscribers’ video-viewing data with Facebook through the Meta Pixel without consent, violating the federal Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA). When will the Themis VPPA Settlement claims portal open?
The administrator has not yet released claim forms. Check the settlement website periodically for updates—notice to class members will be sent before the portal opens.
Do I need proof that I watched videos on Themis’s site?
The Claim Form will likely ask you to attest—under penalty of perjury—that you met the eligibility criteria. Additional documentation is not expected but could be requested for audit purposes.
