Background of the Case

Plaintiffs in Moran Lopez et al. v. The Shade Store, LLC, Case No. 25CV49752, allege that The Shade Store’s frequent discounting led customers to pay an inflated “regular” price, violating consumer-protection laws in the six affected states and several common-law claims.
