Who Is Eligible?
You are part of the class if all of the following are true:
- You were a patient of The Christ Hospital or any of its affiliates.
- You used the patient portal or mobile app or submitted a health risk assessment, appointment request, or nurse navigator form on The Christ Hospital website.
- Your activity occurred between December 30, 2018 and January 13, 2023.
The hospital supplied a list of potentially affected individuals, and notices have already been mailed. You will need the Class Member ID from that notice to file.

The Christ Hospital has guaranteed at least $4.5 million for payments. If needed, it will contribute up to $2.5 million more so every valid claim receives at least $37.50 until the cap of $7 million is reached.
