Who Is Eligible?
- All U.S. residents who received a K-Flex notice stating their information “may have been impacted” by the November 14 – 16, 2023 cyberattack.
- Excludes the presiding judge and family, K-Flex officers/directors, governmental entities, prior opt-outs, and named plaintiff Scott Sharpe.
