How much can you receive?
The settlement pays 25 % of your total qualifying spend, minus court-approved deductions. Distribution type depends on your choice:
- Cash payment: Submit an election form to get a check, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo payment.
- Virtual currency: Do nothing and receive game credits in two (≤ $500) or five (> $500) annual installments.

- Locate your Settlement Claim ID (from the mailed/email notice) or gather all in-game Player IDs and purchase-linked email addresses.
- Complete the online election form at sciplaysettlement.pnclassaction.com or print and mail the PDF claim form to:

When will payments be sent?
Cash payments are expected within ≈ 90 days after final approval. Virtual currency installments begin on the same timeline and continue for two or five years, depending on the amount owed.

How will the 25 % refund be calculated?
The administrator will total your verified spending during the class period, then multiply by 25 %. Court-approved fees and costs are deducted before payment.
What if the cash requests exceed the $5 million fund?
If cash elections surpass the fund, available money will be distributed pro rata and any unpaid balance will be provided as virtual currency.
