The net fund (estimated $4.5 million) will be split using a point system that rewards both recorded activity and any additional data you provide.

PAGA Penalties
$125,000 of a dedicated $500,000 PAGA fund will be divided among eligible consultants based on their PAGA work periods.

Do I have to fill out a claim form to get paid?
No. If you do nothing, you will still receive a payment based on Rodan + Fields’ records. Filing a claim can increase your payment.
What documents should I include with my claim?
Invoices, phone and internet bills, credit-card or bank statements, and receipts for business expenses support your supplemental points.
How is my PAGA penalty calculated?
Each eligible consultant’s share equals $125,000 divided pro rata by the total number of PAGA work periods and multiplied by your individual periods.
Can I dispute my recorded workweeks or sales?
Yes. Send a signed letter with evidence (pay stubs, customer communications, social-media posts, etc.) by Sept 26 2025 to the administrator.
When will the Rodan + Fields settlement money arrive?
The settlement should be fully funded by June 20 2026, with payments issued on or before July 20 2026, pending final court approval and appeals.
