Who Is Eligible?

You are a Settlement Class Member if Precision sent you a direct or substitute notice advising that your personal information was potentially exposed during the November 2, 2022 cybersecurity event.

What You Can Receive

1. Free Identity Protection & Credit Monitoring

All class members may enroll in credit monitoring and identity protection services at no cost.

2. Ordinary Expense Reimbursement (up to $500)

  • Out-of-pocket costs tied to the breach (postage, phone charges, credit reports, etc.)
  • Up to $80 for up to four hours of lost time responding to the notice (paid at $20/hour)

3. Extraordinary Expense Reimbursement (up to $5,000)

  • Documented losses fairly traceable to the breach (fraud losses, professional fees, etc.)
  • Includes up to $160 for up to eight hours of additional lost time ($20/hour)

Note: Total cash payments are capped at $200,000. If approved claims exceed that cap, payments will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.
