Who Is Eligible?
- Undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in at least one on-campus course during Spring 2020.
- Did not withdraw on or before March 18, 2020.
- Paid any portion of tuition or fees from a source other than scholarships, grants or tuition remission.
- Have not already received a full refund from Penn College.
Approximately 3,800 students are expected to qualify.
Settlement Benefits & Payout Structure
- Total fund: $1,850,000
- Attorneys’ fees (up to): $616,666.66
- Class representative award (up to): $7,500
- Estimated pool for students (before admin costs): $1,225,833.34
- Payments will be divided equally among all eligible class members (pro-rata).
