From the net settlement fund, 48 % is earmarked for GSO refunds and 52 % for RSP refunds.
How to Get Your Money
No claim form needed. The settlement administrator already has rental records to determine amounts. However, you must select your preferred payment method if you want an electronic payment instead of a paper check.

Do I have to file a claim for the Payless Car Rental Fees $19M Class Action Settlement?
No. Payments are automatic. Only submit the Payment Election Form if you prefer a digital payment.
How much will I get from the Payless settlement?
You can receive up to $20 for each rental that included a GSO charge and up to $12 for each rental with an RSP charge, subject to pro-rata adjustments.
