  • Lost time (up to 4 hours at $21.50/hr): Compensation for time spent addressing the breach, counted toward the $500 cap above.
  • Extraordinary loss reimbursement (up to $5,000): Larger, documented losses resulting directly from the breach and not already reimbursed.
  • Two years of credit monitoring: CyEx service monitoring one national bureau plus $1 million identity-theft insurance.
