OSDM Data Incident Settlement

If you received a notice about the June 2024 Oliver Street Dermatology Management (OSDM) data breach, you may be entitled to two years of free credit monitoring plus reimbursement of certain expenses up to $4,000. Submit a claim online or by mail before the February 17 2026 deadline.

Who Is Eligible?

All individuals whose private information was potentially accessed during the June 19 2024 OSDM network intrusion—and who subsequently received a breach notice—are part of the Settlement Class, except for:

  • OSDM and its officers/directors
  • Governmental entities
  • The presiding judge and immediate family
  • Anyone who opts out by February 2 2026

What Settlement Benefits Can You Claim?

1. Two-Year Credit Monitoring

  • Real-time credit file monitoring (1 bureau)
  • Dark web & public records scans
  • $1 million identity-theft insurance
  • Dedicated fraud-resolution agents

2. Cash Compensation

  • Lost Time: Up to 4 hours at $20/hour (max $80) for time spent dealing with the breach.
  • Ordinary Out-of-Pocket Losses: Reimbursement up to $400 for documented expenses (credit freezes, monitoring fees, postage, etc.).
  • Identity Fraud Losses: Reimbursement up to $4,000 for proven fraud or identity-theft losses more likely than not caused by the breach.

All monetary claims must be supported by documentation and relate to losses incurred between June 19 2024 and February 17 2026.
