Important Background

Plaintiffs allege that unauthorized actors accessed Numotion systems between February 29 – March 2 2024 and again on September 29 2024, potentially compromising private and personal health information. Numotion denies wrongdoing, and the Court has made no finding of liability. The parties agreed to settle to avoid the cost and uncertainty of further litigation.
