Pet Injury Claims
- Fully documented vet expenses: 100% reimbursement of approved losses.
- Declaration only: $50 for a sick pet, $100 for a pet that died.
Consumer Food Purchase Claims
- Documented purchases: 100% of the price paid (receipts, invoices, etc. required).
- Undocumented purchases: $20 per bag, up to two bags (max $40).
All payouts may be reduced pro rata if total claims exceed the settlement fund.
