Who Is Eligible?

All U.S. consumers and entities that purchased one or more Mid America Pet Food products during the Class Period (Oct 31 2022 – Feb 29 2024).
Resellers, certain corporate insiders, prior individual claimants who released their claims, and anyone who opts out are not eligible.

Settlement Benefits

Pet Injury Claims

Fully documented vet expenses: 100% reimbursement of approved losses.
Declaration only: $50 for a sick pet, $100 for a pet that died.

Consumer Food Purchase Claims

Documented purchases: 100% of the price paid (receipts, invoices, etc. required).
Undocumented purchases: $20 per bag, up to two bags (max $40).

All payouts may be reduced pro rata if total claims exceed the settlement fund.
