Lynn Scott v. Grubhub Settlement

If your restaurant or other business appeared on Grubhub, Eat24, Tapingo, OrderUp, Seamless, LevelUp, AllMenus, MenuPages or BiteGrabber between January 1, 2019 and April 30, 2024 without a signed contract, you could receive at least $50 from the $7.15 million Lynn Scott v. Who Is Eligible?

  • Any U.S. business whose name or logo was listed on one or more of the Grubhub-affiliated platforms above during the class period without a written contract.
  • Both current Grubhub partner restaurants and non-partner businesses qualify, although additional tax information may be required for non-partners.
