- Two Years of Credit Monitoring – real-time three-bureau monitoring, dark-web scans, medical ID protection and identity-theft insurance.
- Cash Option 1 – Reimbursement
- Up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses (identity-theft expenses, credit fees, ID replacement, postage, etc.).
- Up to $90 for time spent (3 hours × $30) responding to the breach.
- Cash Option 2 – $50 Alternative Payment – no documentation required.

When will I get my payment?
Payments will be distributed after the Court grants final approval on or after December 18, 2025, and any appeals are resolved.
