You may belong to one or both classes below if Kaiser texted you its own product or service promotions after you replied “STOP” (or a similar command):
- TCPA “STOP” Class (Nationwide): Two or more texts within any 12-month span after an opt-out, sent 1/21/2021 – 8/20/2025 to a U.S. cellphone.
- FTSA “STOP” Class (Florida): Similar texts to Florida residents at least 15 days after a “STOP” reply during the same period.
