- Rape
- Sodomy
- Sexual assault with an object

- Incest
- Statutory rape

Expected Cash Payments
After deducting court-approved fees and costs, each approved claimant will receive an equal share of the remaining fund—currently estimated at around $7,000. The final amount depends on:
- The total number of valid claims
- Administrative costs (up to $95,000)
- Attorneys’ fees (up to $1.4 million) and expenses (up to $20,000)
- Service award to the class representative (up to $20,000)
