Am I eligible?
- You lived in the United States;
- You were a patient of RAYUS Radiology (formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Insight Imaging, or Diagnostic Centers of America);
- You had an online patient-portal account and visited the RAYUS Radiology website at least once between 1/1/2018 – 12/31/2023.
What benefits can I receive?
- $25 cash payment (via check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle) for each valid claim.
- Free Privacy Shield Pro credit-monitoring/identity-theft protection (activation code included in email notice).
- Defendant also pays all settlement administration costs, attorneys’ fees (capped at $6.085 million), and service awards for the class representatives.

How do I submit my claim?
- Locate the unique Class Member Login ID and Password in the email or postcard notice.
- Visit the secure claim portal and choose a $25 payment method and/or enroll in Privacy Shield.
- Alternatively, download and mail the paper form postmarked by 1/29/2026.

What is the RAYUS Radiology Class Action Settlement about?
The lawsuits allege that RAYUS Radiology shared patient portal users’ personally identifying and health information with third-party tracking technologies without consent. RAYUS denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation.
Do I need proof of purchase or documentation?
No receipts are necessary. You only need your Class Member Login ID and Password (obtainable from the settlement administrator if lost) to verify eligibility.
When will I get my $25 payment?
Payments are expected within 30 days after the Court grants final approval and all appeals, if any, are resolved. Checks expire 180 days after issuance.
Can I still sue RAYUS Radiology if I participate?
No. By accepting benefits, you release the defendant from the claims described in the Settlement Agreement. If you want to keep your rights, you must opt out by December 1, 2025.
