
Jane Doe v. Main Line Fertility, Ltd. and Main Line Fertility Center, Inc. Class Action Settlement
If you were a patient of Main Line Fertility and had a patient-portal account on or before February 5, 2025, you could receive a $35 cash payment and/or one year of the Privacy Shield Pro product from a class action settlement. Submit your claim online or by mail by December 29, 2025 to secure your benefits.
Who Is Eligible?
You are a “Settlement Class Member” if:
- You were a patient of Main Line Fertility, Ltd. and/or Main Line Fertility Center, Inc.
- You maintained a Main Line Fertility patient-portal account as of February 5, 2025.
The following people are not included: the presiding judge and staff, current officers/directors of Main Line Fertility, anyone who opts out, and their immediate families.
Settlement Benefits
- $35 Cash Payment – available to each class member who files a valid claim.
- Privacy Shield Pro – all class members automatically receive a code to enroll, whether or not they claim the cash.
- Separate Payments – Defendants will also pay notice and administration costs, up to $300,000 in attorneys’ fees (subject to Court approval), and up to $3,500 to the class representative.
Important Deadlines
- Claim deadline: December 29, 2025 (online by 11:59 p.m. EST or postmarked).
- Opt-out deadline: December 1, 2025.
- Objection deadline: December 1, 2025.
- Final approval hearing: January 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. (Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County).
How to File a Claim
- Locate the unique Class Member Login ID and Password that were emailed to you. Can’t find them? Email info@MLFSettlement.com for help.
- Complete the electronic claim form on MLFSettlement.com or download and mail the paper form.
- Select either “$35 Cash” or “No Cash, Privacy Shield only.”
- Choose your payment method (check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle) if you elect cash.
- Submit online—or postmark your paper form—by December 29, 2025.
What Happens Next?
If the Court grants final approval and any appeals conclude, payments will be issued within 30 days. Checks expire 180 days after issuance, so deposit them promptly.
Stay In or Opt Out?
Doing nothing means you give up the right to sue Main Line Fertility over these claims but won’t receive money. To keep your individual rights, send a written exclusion request by December 1, 2025. If you stay in the class, you may object to the settlement by filing written objections with the Court by the same date.
