
In re: Fortive Data Security Litigation Settlement
If you received a notice that your personal information may have been compromised in the Fortive data breaches between January 25 and November 6 2023, you could be entitled to free three-bureau credit monitoring, up to $5,000 in expense reimbursements, lost-time payments, and a cash award of at least $5. Submit Your Claim by December 19 2025.
Who Is Eligible?
All individuals listed in Fortive’s class list whose data was exposed in the two incidents underlying In re: Fortive Data Security Litigation, Case No. 2:24-CV-01668-RAJ (W.D. Wash.). Excluded are persons who opt out of the settlement.
What Benefits Can Class Members Receive?
- Credit Monitoring: Three-bureau monitoring & up to $1 million identity-theft insurance for 3 years.
- Out-of-Pocket Losses: Reimbursement up to $5,000 for documented expenses fairly traceable to the breach (e.g., bank fees, fraud losses, credit-freeze costs).
- Lost Time: Up to 4 hours at $20/hour for time spent addressing the incident.
- Cash Payment: Pro-rata share of remaining funds — no less than $5 — automatically awarded when you file any other claim type.

- Visit the official settlement site and choose online or paper submission.
- Provide your Claimant ID (from your notice) and contact details.
