- You applied for any job opening in Washington State with one of the Mesk Investment entities that operate IHOP restaurants between Jan. 1, 2023 and Nov. 30, 2023; and
- The job posting you responded to did not list a wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits or other compensation.
Company records identify about 3,149 potential class members.
Potential Payment
Each approved claim will receive a pro-rata share of the net settlement fund:
- Estimated payout: $1,398.09 per person
- Maximum payout: $5,000 per person
- Minimum fund: $4,096,705 (increases by $1,398.09 for each claim above 1,575, up to $6,298,000)
Uncashed checks will be remitted to the Washington State Unclaimed Property Fund.
