Payment Option 1 – Reimbursement
- Ordinary out-of-pocket costs up to $300 (e.g., credit-freeze fees, document replacement)
- Lost time up to 4 hours @ $20/hr (counts toward the $300 cap)
- Extraordinary losses from identity theft or fraud up to $3,000
Payment Option 2 – Alternative Cash
A one-time $15 cash payment if you prefer not to document expenses.
Cash payments for all claimants are subject to a $250,000 aggregate cap. If claims exceed that amount, individual payments will be reduced proportionally; credit-monitoring services are not subject to the cap.
