Who Is Included?

The settlement class covers “all individuals residing in the United States whose personal information was potentially accessible in the Four Hands cyber incident beginning on or around December 27, 2023, including everyone who received a breach notice.”

  • The presiding judge and court staff
  • Four Hands, LLC officers and directors
  • Anyone who submits a valid opt-out request
  • Persons responsible for the attack

Your Potential Benefits

Submit a timely and valid claim to receive one of the following payment options, plus complimentary credit monitoring:

Free Credit Monitoring (all claimants)

  • Two years of credit monitoring by a major credit bureau
  • $1 million in identity-theft insurance

Payment Option 1 – Reimbursement

  • Ordinary out-of-pocket costs up to $300 (e.g., credit-freeze fees, document replacement)
  • Lost time up to 4 hours @ $20/hr (counts toward the $300 cap)
  • Extraordinary losses from identity theft or fraud up to $3,000

Payment Option 2 – Alternative Cash

A one-time $15 cash payment if you prefer not to document expenses.

Cash payments for all claimants are subject to a $250,000 aggregate cap. If claims exceed that amount, individual payments will be reduced proportionally; credit-monitoring services are not subject to the cap.
