Who Qualifies?

You are part of the class if:

  • You held a Formula 1 account (current or former); and
  • You accessed formula1.com, f1tv.formula1.com, any Formula 1 subdomain or app in the U.S.; and
  • You watched a prerecorded video between May 1 2022 and June 24 2025.

Settlement Benefits

How to Submit Your Claim

Deadline: September 22 2025

  • Online claim form (requires the Unique ID and PIN from your notice).
  • Or mail a printed form to: Formula 1 VPPA Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 4830, Portland, OR 97208-4830.

Provide your name, mailing address, contact email, the email linked to your F1 account and choose a payment method (Check, PayPal, or Venmo). Only one claim per class member is allowed.
