Shopped on FashionNova.com or its mobile app between September 17, 2018 and May 20, 2025 while living in Washington, Oregon, or California? You may automatically receive a $12 voucher. Review your rights below and act by February 12 2026 if you want to exclude yourself or object.
Who’s Eligible?
The settlement class includes everyone who:
- Had a billing address in Washington, Oregon, or California and
- Purchased one or more products from FashionNova.com or the Fashion Nova mobile app between September 17 2018 and May 20 2025, and
- Does not timely opt out of the settlement.
What You Get
Each eligible class member will receive:
- A $12 voucher (credit) usable on future purchases at FashionNova.com.
- No claim form is required—vouchers will be emailed automatically to the address on file unless you update it.
Your Options & Deadlines
- Do Nothing – stay in the settlement and automatically receive your voucher (you give up separate claims).
- Exclude Yourself – must mail a request by February 12 2026; you keep the right to sue but receive no voucher.
- Object – send written objections by February 12 2026; you remain in the case and may speak at the Final Approval Hearing on February 27 2026 @ 1:30 PM PST.
- Update Email – provide a new email via the settlement site to ensure delivery.
Background of the Lawsuit
Plaintiffs allege Fashion Nova violated consumer protection and false-advertising laws by:
- Advertising limited-time discounts that allegedly continued past the stated end date.
- Inflating “regular” prices to misstate the size of discounts.
Fashion Nova denies all wrongdoing. The court has not decided who is right, and the settlement avoids further litigation costs.

Do I need to submit a claim form?
No. If you are in the class and do nothing, the $12 voucher will be emailed to you automatically.
How will I receive my voucher?
By email to the address Fashion Nova has on file. Use the Update Email portal on the settlement site if your address has changed.
Can I spend the $12 voucher on anything?
The credit applies to future purchases on FashionNova.com, subject to any terms stated on the voucher.
What happens if I exclude myself?
You keep the right to pursue your own lawsuit (subject to any defenses, including arbitration) but you will not receive the $12 voucher.
When will the settlement become final?
The court will decide whether to grant final approval at the February 27 2026 hearing. Vouchers will be distributed only if the settlement is approved and any appeals are resolved.
