Who Is Eligible?
You are automatically part of the Settlement Class if Express Services notified you that your data was potentially compromised during the May 2024 breach. Excluded individuals include:
- The presiding judge and their immediate family/staff
- Current employees, officers, and directors of Express Services
- Anyone who opts out by December 16, 2025
- The perpetrators of the data incident

Cash Payment Options

You may choose either Option 1 or Option 2—not both.
How to File a Claim
- Complete the online claim form (fastest) or mail a paper form.
- Provide documentation for any out-of-pocket or fraud losses, if selecting Option 1.
- Submit or postmark your claim by January 15, 2026.
