What can you receive?

  • Out-of-Pocket Loss Reimbursement – Up to $5,000 per person for documented expenses fairly traceable to the data breach (e.g., bank fees, credit-monitoring costs, fraud losses).
  • Pro-Rata Cash Payment – After all valid loss claims and court-approved fees are paid, remaining funds will be split equally among claimants who requested a cash payment.
