Who Qualifies?
You are a class member if all of the following are true:
- Your vehicle was booted by Empire Parking Services in Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Decatur, or the counties of Cobb, DeKalb or Fulton.
- The booting happened between February 3, 2012 and December 12, 2018.
- The parking lot was non-compliant with local booting rules at the time.
- You personally paid EPS to remove the boot.
Drivers who experienced multiple bootings can file a separate claim for each incident and may receive multiple payments.
How Much Can You Get?
Each approved claim will receive up to $30. The exact amount depends on how many valid claims are filed. After deducting attorney fees, administration costs and service awards, the remaining funds will be distributed on a pro rata basis.
