Who Is Eligible?

3. Cash Payments

  • Group 1: SSN exposed — up to $125.
  • Group 2: SSN not exposed — up to $50.
  • Amounts may be reduced pro rata to stay within the $2.2 million settlement cap (which also covers fees, costs, and administration).
