The lawsuit alleges CareDx and certain executives violated federal securities laws by making material misrepresentations and omissions about regulatory compliance and revenue recognition, allegedly inflating the company’s share price. The defendants deny wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation costs and risks.

Allocation of the $20.25 million fund
