Who Is Eligible?
You are part of the Settlement Class if:
- You live in the United States, and
- You received at least one prerecorded voice call on your cellphone from Nationwide regarding the renewal or expiration of a pet-insurance policy between January 6 2021 and October 22 2025.
The following are not eligible: the presiding judge, Nationwide and its affiliates, released parties, their immediate families, and anyone who opts out.
Settlement Benefits
- Total common fund: $1.4 million
- Individual payment: up to $17.50 per valid claim (amount may be reduced pro rata after fees, costs and service award)
- One claim per class member
