Who Is Eligible?

You are automatically part of the “Settlement Class” if:

  • You applied for at least one C & C North America job located in Washington State,
  • The application happened between January 1, 2023 and October 8, 2025, and
  • The job posting did not list a wage scale, salary range or benefits as required by RCW 49.58.110.

What You May Receive

  • An equal share of the net settlement fund—payments will be issued as 1099 non-wage income.
  • No claim form is required; checks will be mailed automatically if the Court grants final approval.

  • Opt-out (Exclude Yourself): December 24, 2025
