Potential Compensation
The Department of Justice seized and forfeited more than $200 million from Backpage and related entities. Payments will be prorated based on:
- Medical expenses – doctor visits, emergency care, dental work, tattoo removal, future treatment.
- Behavioral health costs – therapy, counseling, substance-use treatment, future care plans.
