If Arden Claims Service LLC (“Arden”) told you your personal information was exposed in the October 17 2023 cyber-attack, you are part of a proposed class action settlement. Eligible class members can choose up to three years of free credit monitoring, reimbursement of documented losses up to $5,000, or an estimated $125 flat cash payment. You are automatically part of the settlement class if you:
- live in the United States, and
- received a mailed or emailed notice from Arden saying your “private information” may have been involved in the October 2023 data incident.
The Court excluded Arden’s employees, the presiding judge, and related court staff.
What You Can Receive
- Three-Year Credit Monitoring – real-time triple-bureau monitoring, dark-web scans, public-record & medical-ID monitoring, $1 million identity-theft insurance, and fraud-resolution help.
- Cash Payment A – Documented Losses (up to $5,000)
Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses such as bank fees, credit-monitoring costs, or identity-theft losses. Receipts or other third-party proof are required. - Cash Payment B – Flat Payment (est. $125)
If you do not claim documented losses, you may elect a one-time cash payment instead.
Only one cash option (A or B) may be selected. All benefits are paid from a $1.625 million common fund after court-approved fees and costs.

How to Claim Your Benefit
- Gather any documents if you plan to request reimbursement (Payment A).

- Submit the online claim form or download, print, and mail the PDF form linked above.
- Make sure the online form is submitted—or the mailed form is postmarked—no later than February 3 2026.
Your Legal Rights
- Do Nothing – You remain in the class but receive no money or monitoring and give up future claims.
- Submit a Claim – Receive the benefits described above and release related claims.
- Opt Out – Exclude yourself, keep your right to sue Arden separately; no settlement benefits.
- Object – Tell the Court why you oppose the settlement while still remaining in it.
