On October 28, 2025, Pacific International Marketing (“Pacific”) announced a recall of 474 cases of fresh Italian Parsley after a routine sample taken October 6 tested positive for Salmonella. No illnesses have been reported to date, but the bacteria can cause serious infections—especially in children, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems.
