On May 9, 2025, Integrated Oncology Network (ION) — the administrative services provider for Lake City Cancer Care, LLC — discovered that hackers had gained unauthorized access to certain employee email accounts and Microsoft SharePoint files. The intrusion began on December 13, 2024 and continued until December 16, 2024, giving the threat actors a three-day window to siphon off sensitive data.
